Do you offer breakfast at the Shiner Country Inn?

Not at this time, but we are working on adding this amenity in the very near future.

Is the Shiner Country Inn pet-friendly?

Yes. We have pet-friendly rooms. Each pet receives a welcome package including complimentary toy, treats, crash pillow, food and water bowl, and a welcome note from our cat! There is a pet fee of $10 per night per pet.

Do you host business gatherings and team building events?

Yes. We can help you plan your business gathering and team building events. Please give us a call to discuss details.

I already booked my reservation; can I still add an in-room experience?

Yes. You can add any in-room experience package to your reservation by calling us up to 24 hours before your stay.

How do I book Spa Services for my stay?

You can book our Spa Services from our booking engine at the time you complete your online reservation. Just select the service you are interested in and it will be added to the cart. Our Spa Coordinator will call you to verify the service, date, and time. If you would rather make your reservation by phone, just tell us what Spa services you are interested in and we will take care of the details for you. Please note, we do require at least 48 hours before your stay to schedule any Spa Services.

Is there a way for me to check-in early and check-out late?

Our regular check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM but with this extra experience package added to your cart at checkout, you receive a guaranteed check-in time of 1:00 PM and a late check out of 2:00 PM. Just add the “In Early – Out Late” experience to your reservation and enjoy your extra time with us.

Can we bring children to the Shiner Country Inn?

Yes! We allow guests of all ages at the property.

How do I make a reservation?

Most of our Shiner hotel guests book their reservations online. For maximum convenience, you can make a reservation using our real-time booking system. You can select your travel dates, view availability, make your reservation, pay for your stay, and receive an email confirmation statement of your payment with your travel details.

Can I make a reservation by email or phone?

Yes, you can make a request for a reservation using our Reservation Request online form and we will contact you to complete your reservation. You can also contact our reservations office by phone at 361-594-3335.

What items should I bring for my convenience?

Do you have high-speed Internet access?

Yes. Complimentary WiFi is available in all rooms and throughout the property. Check in on Facebook, read your email in the grass, or surf the web in the comfort of your room.

Can you help host my Shiner special event?

We would be happy to help you host special events including weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, family reunions, and business meetings. The Shiner Country Inn is also an ideal country lodging choice for company retreats. Just give us a call to discuss the possibilities at 361-594-3335.

Is there a common meeting facility?

While there is no common meeting room space at the Shiner Country Inn, we have used the apartment for events and meetings in the past.

Do you have a swimming pool?

No. The Shiner Country Inn does not have a pool, but the Recreation Center is walking distance.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM or any time thereafter, and check out is at 11:00 AM or any time before.

Is smoking allowed?

The Shiner Country Inn is strictly a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, on the patios, or in the parking lot. A designated smoking area is provided near the BBQ grills.

Is there cable TV?

Yes. Each of our Shiner hotel rooms offers DirecTV.

Is my card charged at the time of booking?

Yes. We charge in full at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

At the Shiner Country Inn we encourage you to book your hotel stay once you are certain of your travel dates. If for some unforeseen reason you need to change your reservation, we ask that you let us know at least 3 days before the commencement of your stay. As long as you keep the credit with us, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If you do request a credit to your credit card because you decide to cancel and not stay with us at a future date, your cancellation will carry a $100 fee per room reserved and must be made within the cancellation grace period of 15 or more calendar days prior to arrival.
